Common questions before the trial.

Why isn't there a free forever plan?
Two reasons. First, running a "free forever, limited features" tier means designing the product to be intentionally worse on free — the wrong incentive. Second, behavior data needs accumulation. 14 days is enough to see the patterns clearly. After that, if it's not worth $14.99/month, the product hasn't earned it. Walk away.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with email only. The 14-day trial runs without a payment method. Day 14 you'll be asked to add a card if you want to continue — no card on file means automatic stop, no charge.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
On day 15, access pauses if no card has been added. Your data is preserved for 90 days in case you want to come back. Add a card anytime within those 90 days and pick up exactly where you left off — same exchanges connected, same rules, same history.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in Settings → Billing. Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months — but no questions asked either.
What if I prepay 6 or 12 months and want to cancel?
Pro-rated refund within 30 days of charge. If you cancel a 6-month or 12-month plan within 30 days, you get back the unused portion (calculated against the standard $14.99 monthly rate). After 30 days, longer plans run to term — but you can still cancel auto-renewal anytime.

Example: 12-month plan canceled day 20 → ~11 months refunded at $14.99/mo equivalent.
Is there a refund policy?
14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month. If after a paid month Trady360 hasn't shown you something useful, email [email protected] for a full refund — no questions, no exit survey.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Stripe handles all card data — Trady360 never sees or stores card numbers.

Do you offer longer billing cycles?
Yes. Two options after the trial:
  • 6 months — pay $89.94 once, get 7 months access (1 month free, ~14% off)
  • 12 months — pay $179.88 once, get 15 months access (3 months free, ~20% off)
Both options can be selected at the end of the 14-day trial, or you can switch from monthly anytime — the remaining monthly balance gets credited toward the longer plan.
Does the 14-day trial apply if I pick 6 or 12 months?
Yes. The trial is the same regardless of which plan you commit to after. 14 days free, then on day 15 your card is charged the chosen amount ($14.99 monthly, $89.94 for 6 months, or $179.88 for 12 months). No card on file = automatic stop, no charge — same as monthly.
Is the price the same in every country?
Yes — flat $14.99/month globally. We don't price-discriminate by region. If $14.99 is high for your market, the audit probably isn't worth it for you yet. Wait until trading scales — we'd rather lose a sale than feel exploitative.
What if I run a trading firm or prop desk?
